Is the ordering process secure?
Yes! The entire process is encrypted and is Secure from start to finish.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only orders shipped to NY State have to pay sales tax.

Which Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you accept Checks or Money Orders?
We do accept Checks and Money Orders, however we would wait for all the funds to clear before shipping any merchandise.

Do you accept C.O.D. Orders?
We do accept C.O.D Orders. There is an additional $10 charge for processing.

Do you accept POs?
We do. There is a vigorous Credit Reference Verification process. For more info, please call (718) 692-2828, ext 217.

What is your Return Policy?
Our Return Policy is 30 days from receipt of merchandise. You must call Customer Service at (718) 692-2828, Option # 1 for a Return Authorization Number. Click for more info.

How can I download a Rebate Form?

How can I get a Tracking Number?
On the top right-hand side of our Home-Page there is a link to Track your order. All you need is your order number and Zip Code.

How do I get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number?
Have your Invoice ready and then call or e-mail Customer Service at (718) 692-2828 Option # 1, or CustomerService@ShopHarmony.com and state precisely when you received the product, what the defect is and any other information you deem necessary, and they will issue you an RMA number.

How much do you charge for Shipping & Handling?
Shipping and Handling varies with the products. The shipping & Handling charges are clearly stated on the second page of the checkout procedure.

Is my shipment insured?
Every single order shipped out from Harmony Computers ships with Full Insurance.

How fast do you ship out orders?
Air Orders placed before 3:00pm ship out the same Day, Air Orders placed after 3:00pm ship out the following day, Ground Orders ship out within two business days.

Do you accept International Orders?
